Loop Cards

You will need 3 loop cards per rider. Print them at local Fedex or Staples using these PDFs.
Fedex stock color codes are:
Loop 1: PC 7 Blue
Loop 2: PC 2 Canary
Loop 3: PC 8 Green
Each sheet/PDF has 5 cards. Ask Fedex to make 6 cuts per sheet to create evenly sized cards.
QTY: typical event has less than 70 riders = you need to print 14 sheets per loop card file.
The PDFs are editable. If you would like to change the SCTA logo at the bottom with your Club logo, or an Event logo, go ahead.
Notes: V_2022 loop cards include area for RIDER’S NUMBER. SCTA uses a number system for scoring cards (it’s way faster for Scoring Desk at the event).
2022 loop cards are designed so the SHORT PUNCHES can reach all scoring fields on the card.
The “Check*” field was added for when a Checker makes a mistake and punches a wrong score. Checker can WRITE the correct score in this field on the card.

Scoring Sheets

You will need about 5 sheets per event. Print them at local Fedex or Staples using this PDF. Size 11x17”. Regular paper.

Markers

Markers are used for every section, to designate gates per class. Print them at local Fedex or Staples using this PDF. Ask for a yellow card stock and have it cut in halves.

You will need 2 start, and 2 end cards, for each section. Print extras.
